These terms govern use of the Vatican Luxury Apartment website and booking requests.

Service: the site presents short-stay accommodation. Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Prices are indicative unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments: where applicable, payment follows the methods communicated (e.g. PayPal). Cancellations and refunds follow the terms agreed at confirmation.

Liability: the owner is not liable for third-party issues (transport, weather, museum closures). Guests must respect house rules and building regulations.

Booking request and confirmation: submitting the website form is a non-binding request until written confirmation by the host. A booking is confirmed only after explicit acceptance and, where required, payment.

Prices and estimates: displayed prices are informational and may vary by season, availability, number of guests and stay details. The final price is the one confirmed in writing.

Check-in, check-out and house rules: times and procedures are provided at confirmation. Guests must use the property with due care and comply with building and local rules.

Cancellations and changes: cancellation terms, penalties and date changes are communicated before confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, written conditions between parties apply.

Damage and guest responsibility: guests are responsible for damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Force majeure: the host is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (public utility outages, authority measures, severe weather or emergencies).

Applicable law and jurisdiction: unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by Italian law, with competent jurisdiction as provided by law.
